because fic is good for you. i think i’m going to leave out stuff like crown of the summer court, student prince &c &c because i’ve read them too many times. also pretty much all of these are nc17 so you know don’t read them at work.

pretty much this is just my bookmarks list in some kind of order with vague excuses attributed to each one hope u lyk  ~*~* 

castle (the rules by which we live) — okay, let’s just start out with the bdsm fic and move from there. i’ve really never read a fic that deals with bondage as well as this one does. it’s hot as fuck and handles kink the way kink should be handled: fucking awesomely.

you’re something (i’m good at) — while first off, i’d recommend reading everything that tourdefierce has ever written because they’re my favorite fic writer of all time, this one especially is my favorite because it’s well nigh disgusting amounts of fluff mixed with really hot sex. i mean really— the sex. it actually reads like sex. which is impressive.

dust mama’s resistance fighters series— best au. hands down. i love this universe more than any other universe.

radiant under every sort of life— circus au and most recent obsession. not only is the story gorgeous, but so is the soundtrack to it that you can download.

after the storm— finished reading this fic maybe half an hour ago. fanfic has never brought me closer to crying. this is gorgeous read it now read it now

world enough and time— that assassin au. that’s the one.

the ivy crown — love a fic that’s compliant with the rest of the arthurian legend. this one is based strongly off of gwaine and the green knight but the relationship between merlin and arthur is still gorgeous. also, the knights. fantastic humans.

little wooden boy and the belly of love— it’s hard to get into why i love this fic without spoiling it, but ugh this is perfect okay. also i really want more fics in which merlin/arthur get into the hardcore scene and stuff even though that isn’t a major part of the story. punx punx punx 4evz.

in time of trial — i haven’t read this in a long while but it used to be one of my favorites and if i’m not mistaken they have sex in a tree. pretty much a noble!arthur is a good arthur in my book

treason to us— pretty much the most realistic magic reveal fic i’ve ever read and i love it lots.

same river twice— MERLIN IS AN ARCHITECT AND ARTHUR IS PRINCE OF WALES it’s like someone read my mind and was like “oh hey let me write THE BEST COMBINATION EVER” sfkjadfaf

that’s all for now but i have a lot more that i can think of that i can’t be bothered to find links for. if anyone, for example, can link me to that one where merlin and arthur like, fix up a plane and it’s all historical and the dragon is some old lady, get at me because i miss that one. anyways here you go. will be updated fairly regularly.
